Industrial concrete epoxy floor sealer is a generic term that can pertain to most anything applied to industrial and commercial concrete floors. Concrete epoxy floor sealers are normally considered to be penetrating products, leaving little or no surface film. Their primary purpose of an industrial concrete epoxy floor sealer is to block the porosity in concrete to prevent or retard water penetration and traffic wear. Concrete floor sealers are used where low cost, minimal maintenance protection is needed, but chemical spills are non-existent and the bare concrete or existing concrete floor is in very good condition.
